The Ubad Gargaar Center in Somaliland is a special place - specially created for the benefit of children who suffer from cerebral palsy - a brain condition caused by oxygen starvation at birth... It is a lifelong condition that afflicts some children more than others, but the impact of which can often be addressed and controlled.
Here, at the Ubad Gargaar Center, a trained and experienced team meet the daily needs of CP children in their care, addressing their challenges, and providing, where necessary, the support of specially designed chairs, and walkers.
