Israel Airstrikes Intensify in Lebanon
Lebanon is enduring one of its worst humanitarian crises in decades. Sadly, the situation grows graver each day as ongoing conflict and airstrikes continue to tear the country apart. Homes, schools, hospitals, and entire neighbourhoods have been reduced to rubble and more than 1.4 million people—over one-fifth of Lebanon’s population—have been forced from their homes, fleeing violence with nothing but the clothes on their backs. As winter looms, they are left struggling to survive.
Since tensions escalated last October, SKT Welfare has been on the ground, actively responding to this humanitarian crisis and delivering critical aid to vulnerable families.
Our efforts include daily bread distributions, ensuring displaced families have access to basic sustenance, and providing food parcels, hygiene kits, mattresses, winter kits, and more. So far, we've reached over 25,000 people, offering them food, essential supplies, and hope.
Help Save Lives
The need for urgent humanitarian aid is more critical than ever as the conflict in Lebanon intensifies. Over 1.4 million people have been displaced, forced to flee their homes with nothing. Families are left struggling in makeshift shelters, exposed to the bitter cold of winter without food, warmth, or safety.
Whoever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of humanity." (Qur’an 5:32).
