Assalamualaykum and Hello!

By the mercy of Allah, I will be joining SKT Welfare on their humanitarian trip to Reyhanlı Türkiye. 

As you may be aware, the ongoing crisis in Syria has displaced over 4 million people, with a significant number being children. Coupled with the devastating earthquake along the Turkish-Syrian border in 2023, millions have found themselves in desperation; without food, water and shelter.

As part of my trip to the region, I will be packing and distributing food parcels to orphanages in the area, as well as spending time with the children. In addition, I will also be offering aid and support to schools, refugee camps and wound houses to those less fortunate than us.

SKT have a 100% donation policy (I'll be funding my own travel, food & accomodation), and all donations to this fundraiser are Zakat eligible. This is a fantastic opportunity to see your charitable donations be delivered by someone you personally know, and there is no better time than Ramadan to multiply your blessings and rewards.

Just £50 provides a food parcel to families in critical need, but whatever donation you make has the potential to be life changing. I look forward to sharing this journey with you all, and I am more than happy to have a further chat with anyone who would like more details :)
