Over 5 Million Affected by Floods

Relentless monsoon rains and overflowing rivers are wreaking havoc across Bangladesh, affecting more than 5 million people and leaving over 1 million stranded. Described as the worst flooding in the country's history, the devastation has forced over half a million people to flee their homes, taking refuge in schools, temporary shelters, and, in many cases, under the open sky.
