Al Huda Hospital
Life-saving Treatments for All
In Northern Syria, the daily struggle for survival is a harsh reality. Years of relentless conflict and recent devastating earthquakes have shattered lives and left many in desperate need of medical care. Currently, there are 16.7 million Syrians requiring humanitarian aid and 15 million - 65% of the population – in need of health assistance in Syria.
In the midst of Syria’s crisis, SKT Welfare’s Al-Huda Hospital is a crucial lifeline. Established in 2014, it provides comprehensive care to 7,500 to 9,000 people each month across 13 towns and 110 villages. The hospital is equipped with an Emergency Room, ICU, operating theatre, X-Ray and ultrasound facilities, sterilisation room, pharmacy, laboratory, and a clinic for minor injuries. Each department offers vital care to sick and vulnerable Syrians who would otherwise go without treatment.
The Urgent Need
The 2023 earthquakes and ongoing humanitarian crisis in Syria have drastically increased the need for medical aid. Constantly, families struggle with critical shortages of supplies, medications, and equipment, as diseases, infection, and malnutrition are rising, taking a severe toll, on communities, particularly children and the elderly.
At Al-Huda Hospital, we deliver crucial medical care across multiple departments, including Neurology, Orthopaedics, Physiotherapy, and Paediatrics. Over the past decade, we’ve treated more than 900,000 patients, providing essential services from emergency care to specialised surgeries. Your support ensures that our dedicated doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals can continue to work around the clock, addressing the urgent medical needs of nearly 1 million people throughout Northern Syria.
Your donation will directly impact those in dire need.
By contributing to Al-Huda Hospital, you help ensure that displaced mothers, children, and vulnerable individuals receive the care they desperately need to survive and recover.
